Thanks to Modstar we bring you this modification; a total feature conversion for Grand Theft Auto Vice City. New Vice City is a total feature modification and was meant to make Rockstars GTA Vice City more realistic. First released on 2004 with over 100 new features and changed missions, it was the most wanted new way of Vice City ever.
This is the latest updated 2011 version of this mod and contains New Vice City mod, New Vice City 2004, New Vice City 2005, New Vice City 2007 and New Vice City 2008. Please understand that Modstar does not necessarily support, advertise or like these features in any way, these are parts of Rockstars Game Vice City.
Installation:
Put main.scm in your gta/data folder and the gxt files in your gta/TEXT folder and start a new game
